What should you send with your first message?

Photos, rough sizes and your postal code. With those three, the first reply can be a useful one.

What happens after you get in touch?

A named person replies within 1 business hour, Mon–Sat, 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. From there it follows the same steps on every job:

1. A crew lead looks it over. Your photos and sizes, checked for repairs. We come to see the job when photos aren't enough, when it's a big one, or once you're going ahead.
2. A written, itemized quote. It arrives within 24 hours of seeing the job, with the scope, the prep, the paint by brand and line, the price plus HST, and the dates.
3. Your start date. You book it once you have the quote.

Can you get a price without a visit?

Yes. The estimator shows a range in about a minute, from our published prices, and you do not need to give contact details to see it.

Your photos turn the range into a price. A crew lead quotes from them and the sizes you give, and comes out only when the job needs it. If the crew later finds the job bigger or smaller than your sizes, the price changes to match before any work starts. Every published price is on the pricing page, before HST.
